...complaints aside, this is going to be a very busy week. Morri is working on further developing a website, updating a bunch of others. I'm wearing all the hats and starting a large install for a new company, and have an opportunity to possibly close on a second, similar job.
Along with preparing marketing, sales, dealing with our distributors who have adopted this "we're not satisfied until you're not satisfied" customer service attitude, meetings, networking...
I do need 36 hour days and a LOT of coffee.

...I received a request today from a military customer we work with frequently. Odd that they would send a request on a Saturday, but they have an urgent requirement for some IT products for their Haiti relief project.
Things haven't been great for us as a company over the past year. The economic downturn has forced us to cut out a lot of the philanthropic activities and donations we would normally sent money aside for.
But, our policy is to always do what we can, when we can. We're going to deliver their product next-day at no charge and the discount we offer to them has their prices on the product significantly lower than what they had expected it would be - hopefully both of those savings will allow them to put a little more toward their relief efforts and increase the assistance they're offering to people who desperately need it right now.
It's not much - I really wish we could do more. But we're working toward being able to give more to those who need it, as we have in the past.
